Edisi 580 : RA Nurul Hidayah Bangsal \u2013 Jalan Jalan Pagi Untuk Mengenal Lingkungan Sekitar Sekolah<\/em><\/p>\n

Mojokerto, (16\/01\/2024). Pagi yang cerah dan segar, anak-anak berkumpul dengan semangat di depan gerbang sekolah. Mereka bersemangat untuk mengikuti kegiatan jalan-jalan pagi yang akan membawa mereka mengenal lingkungan sekitar sekolah. Di bawah pengawasan guru, mereka berbaris rapi dan ceria. Langkah-langkah kecil mereka penuh antusiasme saat memasuki perjalanan yang akan membawa mereka menjelajahi sudut-sudut lingkungan sekitar. Mereka mulai berjalan dengan mata yang penuh kegembiraan berkeliling desa dengan membawa bekal dari rumah.<\/p>\n

Banyak manfaat yang didapatkan anak ketika dibawa main keluar rumah. Bahkan membawa anak keluar rumah bisa bermanfaat untuk kesehatannya. Anak yang diajak berjalan-jalan keluar di pagi hari akan membantunya mendapatkan tambahan vitamin D. Salah satu nutrisi utama untuk pertumbuhan si Kecil diperoleh dari vitamin D. Sehingga dengan membawa si Kecil berjalan-jalan di pagi hari akan membuatnya terpapar sinar matahari. Vitamin D bisa diperoleh dari paparan sinar matahari tersebut. Vitamin D ini berguna dalam membantu kesehatan tulang. Ajaklah anak berjemur di bawah sinar matahari pagi karena bisa memberikan stimulus pada tubuh. Hal ini juga membantu dalam pertumbuhan tulang dan gigi si Kecil. Ketika mengajak anam berjalan-jalan, dia akan berkesempatan menghirup udara segar.<\/p>\n
